It’s difficult for me to believe how quickly this pregnancy has gone by. In one sense, it has been a bit of a relief with all the nausea and what not I’ve dealt with. In another, it kind of makes me sad realizing how quickly time passes and how our little Haddie will grow so fast.
Brance and I finally ordered Haddie’s bed and a chest of drawers, which Brance’s father so kindly purchased for his grandbaby. I had a difficult time finding a retailer who would sell me this particular furniture for a reasonable price and have it delivered in a reasonable amount of time (preferably before Haddie’s 1st birthday 
). We ended up purchasing it from a store in Knoxville, TN and it will be delivered here in the next week or two. I’m so excited! We ordered it in the Toffee Pine, which is the darker furniture pictured second on this page.
Brance and I didn’t have a rocking chair or a glider… something that I really wanted to have to use with Haddie. But because of the cost, we were planning on forgoing that purchase. My mom had kindly offered to let us use her rocking chair, the one she used with me and my siblings. But I felt bad taking it knowing that she might want to use it herself when keeping Haddie. Also, a family friend of ours had offered to lend us a glider that had recently been given to her… but, I knew she really would like to use it in the church nursery as she had made comments to that effect in the past. Brance and I were moved by their sweet generosity and self sacrifice. But, two Sunday’s ago a couple from our church asked if we would have use for a rocking chair they had no room for in their new home. They knew nothing of our situation. They brought it to our house this past weekend and I love it! It is a medium toned wooden rocker and will go with the furniture that we’ve already purchased for Haddie. God is so good!
